Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING

We do our best to process orders as fast as we can. We will do our best to ensure your order is processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (EXCLUDING PRE-ORDERS + back to school season).  During the busy season (back to school and December holidays) please anticipate a 2-3 days processing time.

SHIPPING TIMES + FEES

Estimates EXCLUDE pre order dates. 

Please allow 4-6 business days for orders to arrive, once they have been processed (you receive a fulfillment notification).  Please note that this estimation does not include any potential customs clearance delays that may occur.

We use Shopify's competitive, pre-negotiated rates for international shipments outside of North America.  Estimated delivery dates will be available during checkout.

DAMAGED SHIPPING BOXES

We use third party carriers like UPS, USPS, FedEx, and Canada Post to ship your items to our customers.  Please know, while we have great relationships with these carriers, we have no control over what happens to the boxes in transit.  From time to time, boxes may arrive slightly dirty or even damaged from transit.  It does happen and we apologize for this on their behalf.  Please know, our carriers are doing their very best to keep boxes clean and undamaged. 

We will not reship orders to customers because the 'exterior' shipping box was damaged.
